EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION CENTERS

Child Care Council’s success can be measured in terms of its ability to cooperate effectively with the City of Houston in the prudent use of Community Development Block Grant funds to provide oversight of contracted agencies as they provide high quality no cost child care services to low and moderate income families. These families include parents or guardians who are working, enrolled in educational or vocational training or seeking employment.

The centers are licensed by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services and hold Texas Rising Star certification. Other certifications also include the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation. The centers are listed below.
