Professional Development related to early childhood education for our staff ranges from Associate Degree to Child Development Associate Credentialing. Professional Development training is received yearly and provided in person as well as virtual. We focus on meeting the needs of the staff to maintain a high retention and a low turnover rate making West End Child Development Center a great place to work, learn and play.
